Extraordinary Jam.

Sophie’s Jam

Sophie's Jam started with a copper pot my mother gifted me - one that's been in our family for four generations - and a childhood spent on a farm, where the rhythm of the seasons decided what was for dinner. That's still true today. I make jam the way I learned to: slowly, in small batches, with fruit picked at its peak from local farmers I buy from at the farmers market.

Every jar is just three ingredients: fruit, cane sugar, and lemon juice. Handmade in a traditional French copper pot, with no added pectin and no shortcuts.

Just the real taste of the fruit, the way it's supposed to taste.

A jar of peach marmalade with a white tag attached to the jar, sitting on a wooden surface. The label says 'Sophie's Jam' and describes it as made with peaches from California.
A stainless steel pot on a stove filled with sliced strawberries cooking, with bubbles forming on the surface. A wooden spoon rests in the pot.
A white rectangular platter with savory puff pastry bites topped with a dollop of jam and garnished with small sprigs of rosemary, placed on a granite countertop.
